DIY Help & FAQ

A practical guide to optional recommendations, bead-by-bead editing, design saves, wrist input, and unavailable components.

You can begin with a guided intention or go straight to the design studio. The questionnaire is optional, and skipping it does not remove any of the bead-by-bead editing tools.

Open Design Your Own

Build and edit bead by bead

  1. Choose an available component to add one placed piece to the design.
  2. Select a specific placed piece when you want to move it earlier or later, replace it, or remove it. Matching pieces remain separate, so editing one does not edit them all.
  3. Add an attachment to a selected piece when that option is available. The attachment stays anchored to that piece when it moves. Removing the anchor also removes its attachment after confirmation.
  4. Use Undo or Redo while exploring, then read Review to check the ordered pieces, counts, attachments, wrist input, and packaging choice together.

Save the design at the level you need

  • Browser draft: when supported by your browser, the studio keeps an automatic draft on that device. It is not an order or a permanent account record.
  • Session save: Save for this session keeps a private server copy associated with the current browser session.
  • Account save: after signing in, choose Save to my account to place the design in Saved designs so it can be restored after another sign-in.

You can also open My orders for orders associated with the signed-in account. Guest drafts and guest orders are not silently moved into an account.

Wrist measurement

Enter the actual wrist circumference in inches or centimetres and confirm it after the last edit. Do not add your own allowance to the measurement. Read the Size Guide for the full steps. Final fit rules remain pending physical calibration.

What happens if a component is unavailable?

An unavailable component cannot be added to a new design. The studio does not silently replace it with another material. Availability and exact component quantities are checked again during the controlled staging review and TEST order flow.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to complete Find My Stones?

No. Find My Stones is an optional starting point. You can open Design Your Own directly.

Is a saved draft the same as an order?

No. A browser, session, or account save preserves design choices only. Review and the separate controlled TEST checkout steps are still required; staging does not create a real paid purchase.

Where can I review my account activity?

Use Saved designs for account-saved designs and My orders for orders attached to that login.

Where is this staging experience scoped?

The confirmed first-market scope represented in staging is the United States, separately coded U.S. territories, and Canada. Delivery rates, timing, carriers, cross-border charges, and public policies are still drafts and are not promises.

How do I ask for more help?

Open Customer Support for the available self-service paths. Direct support contact details are still awaiting business confirmation, so staging does not show an unverified email address or contact form.
