A careful wrist measurement gives the design studio a useful starting point. It is not a promise of finished bracelet size or fit: bead diameter, stringing, hardware, and assembly still need to be calibrated with physical samples.
Enter your wrist circumference—not the length of another bracelet and not a self-added fit allowance. The studio keeps your measurement separate from the way you would like the bracelet to feel.
How to measure your wrist
- Measure the wrist that will wear the bracelet, at the place where you expect it to sit.
- Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the wrist in a level line. Let it touch the skin without pulling tightly enough to press in.
- If you do not have a flexible tape, use non-stretch string or a narrow strip of paper. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat, and measure the marked length with a ruler.
- Keep the exact reading in the unit you used. Repeat once at the same position and tension if you want to check it.
Enter and confirm it in the studio
- Open Design Your Own and find Wrist & wear.
- Choose Inches or Centimetres, then enter the measured wrist circumference in that unit.
- Select the fit preference that best describes how you hope the bracelet will feel. This preference does not change the circumference you entered and is not yet a calibrated allowance.
- Review the value and choose Confirm measurement. If you edit the value or change units afterward, confirm it again before Review.
The Review step continues to label fit as unknown even after the measurement is confirmed. That is intentional. Final bracelet sizing and fit guidance require physical product calibration before they can be presented as a product rule.
Before you continue
- Check that you measured the wrist itself rather than an existing bracelet.
- Check that the tape touched the skin without compressing it.
- Check that the unit shown in the studio matches the unit you used.
- Confirm again after the last edit.
