Shipping Policy

Destinations

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery availability for your exact address will be confirmed before payment when ordering opens.

Shipping charges

Orders of US$50 or more: free shipping.
Orders below US$50: US$8 shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and sales tax. All amounts above are in U.S. dollars.

Customs duties

Customs duties are included in our product prices. You will not be charged additional customs duties on delivery. If a carrier requests a customs duty payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of order placement, including custom DIY bracelets.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays affecting the delivery route. This estimate does not include the time before dispatch. Customs processing and carrier disruption may affect arrival dates.

Delays

If we cannot dispatch within the promised time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer a choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
